ONE-ON-ONE HEALTH COACHING PACKAGE
Sometimes it’s just easier to figure things out together. We were never meant to live outside of community the way we do in our culture, and sometimes the answer is to get some help.

This package includes 8 weeks of one-one-one coaching in 45-minute sessions, once per week. Sessions will be held online, using ZOOM, a HIPAA compliant platform.
This package can also include some Herbal consulting, if that is something you want to integrate.
The original intake call is not included in this package, so we will connect and confirm that this is a good fit, and cover the fine print prior to starting.
HERBAL CONSULTATION
This consultation is for the person who is ready to level up their health and wellness practices by incorporating herbal remedies/therapies into their regime. If you are curious about how to integrate herbalism into your life to best benefit you, or if you are approaching a specific health challenge and you're interested in learning about how herbalism can support your journey, this a great place to start.
A session lasts 1.5 hours and you will be provided with a detailed write-up summarizing our discussion and providing you with a useful document to guide you through the remedies that are personally recommended for you, including (non-affiliate) links to purchase products, as well as information about other therapies that you may find helpful on your path to reach your wholistic health goals.
We will meet virtually via ZOOM, a HIPAA compliant platform. A
GROUP OR CORPORATE COACHING
Group coaching is a service that can be tailored to your individual business or group's needs. There are a wide array of personalized topics that can be brought to the program, from interpersonal dynamics, to specific health and wellness goals and/or challenges.
Wether your a group of parents wanting tailored educational outreach and coaching services for your teens or a business owner looking to inspire better health practices among your employees, this service can assist you in providing whatever the need dictates.
Typical Corporate/Group coaching experiences span over the course of 1-4 sessions, typically weekly, or in some cases over the course of a longer time period. The program can be tailored to your group or business.
Fees vary based on the size of the group, frequency of the service and duration of the program.

KID’S HERBAL PARTY OR WORKSHOP
Looking for a unique party idea, or have a classroom of kids interested in herbal projects?
This service offers a custom designed workshop tailored to the ages and need of your group. Hands-on projects are included and kids will come away with knowledge as well as take-home goods to show their effort and understanding.
A wide variety of topics are available for hire, ranging from elementary aged lessons such as Herbal Teas, Mini First Aid Kits, as well as specific topics such as Sleep Remedies, or Herbal Gift Making for the Holidays. Workshops and classes are available through high school aged students as well.
Please inquire for specific details, and note that I have a CA state Teaching Credential and tons of experience working with kids of all ages, including special needs students as well as leading classrooms and outdoor groups of up to 50 children at a time.
Workshop cost varies depending on need, and is typically by the hour with an additional materials fee per student.
